Our company began when our two families with
Eastern European heritage merged to revolutionize the classic comfort food: Pierogi and
Pelmeni. With education and experience in business, culinary,
marketing and product development, we scrupulously tracked food
trends and created an amazing line of European fusion products.
Executive
Chef Ron Hendren has had over 30 years
of culinary experience and is the proud leader of our team.
Unable to find a USDA food manufacturer in Portland, Oregon to
co-pack our products, we designed our own state of the art food
manufacturing facility which meets the most stringent food safety
standards required by USDA and FDA.
With room to grow in our new facility, we did just that. Our new
creations quickly caught on. No longer able to keep up with the
high demand simply pinching Pierogi by hand, we implemented machinery,
which maintains handmade integrity with the efficiency of modern
day technology. We now offer 11 varieties of gourmet Pierogi and
our Pelmeni stuffings. Committed to delivering great products to our customers our new and exciting line of high quality, Chef made soups was created. We are now proud to offer a wide variety of soups, sauces, and gravies.
In addition, we gladly open our research and development resources
and talented team for mid-high volume FDA or USDA co-packing needs.
