Our culinary team has transformed this traditional
food by creating a variety of eclectic fillings, generously stuffed
taking pierogi to a level never experienced before. Our golden
difference is that we hand make our fillings from fresh Yukon
Gold potatoes rather than from traditional Russets, which gives
our pierogi a richer, creamier texture compared to other manufacturers.
Our stuffings are seasoned with fresh herbs and all natural, wholesome
ingredients. While our state of the art machinery does the actual
pinching, we can say with confidence that our products bear the
quality and integrity of 100% hand-made items.
For greatest re-heating convenience, our pierogi are
fully cooked at time of production and immediately blast-frozen
to guarantee the highest degree of freshness and food safety possible.
We do not use any additives or preservatives.
Pierogi are very versatile (sometimes spelled Pierogies,
and Pierogis), being used on menus as appetizers, hors d’oerves,
entrees, desserts, as starch alternatives as well as popular accompaniments
for soups, salads, wings, and main entrees. In addition, our pierogi
are an excellent choice for banquet action stations as patrons
watch in awe as this simple food is transformed into a delicious
delicacy in just a few minutes with appropriate sauces or toppings.
We offer a variety of flavors from Martha Stewart’s
favorite, “Pierogi Ruski” (Potato & Cheddar) to
more creatively infused stuffings such as “Asian Ginger
Pork,” “New Orleans Cajun Shrimp,” and “Sausage
